One of the first areas I would suggest in your new journey, is simply finding areas you can "cut back". For instance, if you eat fast food for lunch, try the $1 menu. Surprisingly, there is some good tasting choices for that price. Better still bring a sandwich or left overs from home. This is not an easy transition. I call it reprogramming your mind. However, if you will work on this area for about 2 weeks, it will be a breeze. Maybe you will need to reward yourself one day a week and eat out. Or at least try every other day. The extra effort will pay off. If you save $5 a day for 5 days, you will have saved a whopping $25. In a year that would amount to $1300! Am I doing the math correctly? Isn't it amazing?
